✦ I will work in slot order and will anouced you when it's your turn.✦ When printing (even non-commercially), please notify me in advance.✦ If I discover that the design is being used for commercial purposes or printing without permission, I will revoke the right to use it and will not issue a refund.✦ I reserve the right to refuse commissions if I feel I cannot handle it.✦ Please do not take my templates, layouts, or ideas and use them for inspo or copy them. (Even if the design has been canceled)✦ After the commission is completed, the design cannot be used until 100% payment has been received.

✦ Clients are welcome to ask questions regarding the brief, account details, or any unclear points during the work process.✦ Dealing more about Terms of Service (ToS) and commission update frequency is permitted✦ I will implement and update each section individually. Clients have to provide feedback and lock in each section according to the progress. Any changes after finalization will incur a fee depending on the extent of the changes.

✦ Clients are not permitted to make any modifications during the process without prior notification.✦ If errors arise from client-side modifications, an additional fee will be charged for correction.

Ownership

✦ Clients are allowed to make 30% edits without changing the layout, composition, or color palette without permission.✦ Designs may not be sold, given away, commercialized, or used for any other purpose without permission.✦ Designers may use it as a sample and post it on social media.

Brief requirements

✦ Submit a clear brief and take note of important points.✦ The maximum time to submit a brief is 7 days from the date of slot confirmation.✦ If the deadline is missed without a valid reason, the slot will be automatically cancelled.

Carrd:
✦ 3 revisions/ section.
Extra revisions: $3 each.✦ For revisions outside the original brief, a surcharge of $5 or more will apply, depending on the extent of the revisions.Other types:✦ 3 revisions/ design

✦ Please avoid scattered feedback or minor edits to optimize your revision count.

✦ If the changes are too significant compared to the brief, I'll be able to decline or cancel the commission (with no deposit refund).✦ If the issue originates from my side, I will revise it free of charge.

✦ Warranty period is 1 month from the delivery date.✦ During the warranty period: only content and image adjustments are supported; layout or primary color-tone changes are not included.✦ If the client wants to change the layout, concept, or color palette, the fee ranges from 50%–100% depending on the request.✦ After the warranty period: all revisions will incur a fee.✦ Designer is not responsible for errors caused by the client’s own edits, and I can refuse to support (as the warranty service) if the issue is not from my side.
